At INSTAPLAST spol. s r.o., we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our services and products, particularly custom-made metal structures, we apply the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Custom Orders – No Returns or Refunds
Most of our products are custom-designed and manufactured according to individual client specifications. As such, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Delivery of incorrect items
- Failure to meet agreed-upon technical specifications
In these cases, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before issuing any refund or replacement.
2. Standard Products (if applicable)
If you have purchased a non-custom, standard product, it may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- You provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
3. Cancellations
- Custom Orders: Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided production has not yet started. After this period, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Standard Products: Cancellations for non-custom items must be made before shipment for a full refund.
4. Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will either replace the item or offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation.
